Walnut Pecan Cookies

Sugar free and full of holiday spice, dip these cookies into your favorite warm beverage. Using our walnut butter makes these cookies extra good! We are quite sure your loved ones would be happy to make these treats a new seasonal tradition.
1 cup GF rolled oats
¾ cup GF flour
⅓ cup Artisana Organics Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Artisana Organics Walnut butter (our use our pecan butter)
⅛ tsp salt
1 large egg ( use flax egg to make it vegan)
4 Tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup monk fruit
Pecans, for topping
Mix all the dry ingredients first. Then add the wet ingredients.
Once well combined, form into little balls and press onto parchment paper on a tray with your thumb.
Add the pecans on top to bake.
Bake for 10 min at 325F, cool for 10 min and serve!
