Enjoy this new take on the classic Ranch dressing! Hemp Butter makes this all-purpose sauce creamy, without the dairy or eggs in a typical Ranch dressing. Super delicious on a crisp romaine salad or as a dip for fresh, crunchy veggies.
1/4 C Artisana Hemp Butter
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
1/4 C water
2-4 Tbsp lemon juice (depends on how tangy you want it)
1/2 tsp salt
1 small garlic clove, peeled and ends removed
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp minced fresh dill
1-2 tsp minced fresh parsley
2 tsp minced fresh chives
How to Make
Combine the hemp butter, water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl or the container you will store the dressing in, like a mason jar.
Stir in the onion powder, black pepper, parsley, dill and chives.
You can use the dressing immediately, but for best flavor, let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Use within three days.
