S'mores | Vegan, Grain-Free

A mouth watering "nutella" twist to the favorite campfire treat. Using our hazelnut cacao spread as the key ingredient, you'll want more than just one!
1.5 cup almond flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp softened Artisana Organic Coconut Oil
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 - 4 Tbsp Artisana Hazelnut Cacao Spread - add more if you like!
Prepare the Graham Crackers
In a food processor or electric stand mixer combine all ingredients (flours, coconut sugar and oil, cinnamon, maple syrup) until you form a dough.
Roll out dough between two pieces or parchment paper, about 1/4 inches thick.
Cut into small rectangles, about 2 by 5 inches. Score into 2 smaller rectangles and poke holes.
Bake at 375F for 9 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Prepare the S'mores
Place a marshmallow on half of the Graham crackers. Microwave your marshmallows for 5-7 seconds to soften. Then, toast them with a kitchen torch. Alternatively, you may use your oven broiler.
Spread Artisana hazelnut cacao on the other half of the Graham crackers. Combine two Graham cracker halves to form a S'mores sandwich.
