1 Tbsp (heaping) Butterfly Pea Tea

3 Tbsp raw honey, or make it vegan with maple syrup

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

¼ cup Artisana DIY cashew mylk

¼ cup sparkling water - if no soda stream machine
Directions
Boil a quart size (32 oz) amount of water in a small pot. Add tea and let steep for 15 min. After 15 min, strain the liquid into a quart mason jar and add honey and vanilla extract. Store in the fridge for 3 hours or let sit overnight.
This should be done 3 hours before making. Once concentrate is fully cold, use a carbonator/soda stream to add bubbles to your blue tea. Fill a glass with ice and pour mylk first, then sparkling concentrate and watch how the colors change. If you don’t have a soda stream machine, use ¼ cup of sparkling water and then tea concentrate. Enjoy this bubbly magic.
Recipe Note
Reserve 3 hours for tea to cool and get cold- You can also make the tea concentrate and store in the fridge overnight to make the following day.
