Kid-Friendly Stay-At-Home Almond Chia Pudding

Here's a super simple, easy to measure, and fun to mix recipe that even the littlest littles will love making AND eating. 

Ingredients

2 T Almond Butter
2 T Coconut Sugar
1/4 t Cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 C Water
6 T Chia Seeds

Instructions

Combine almond butter, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into a mason jar or other container that seals well. Add the chia seeds and screw on mason jar cap. 

Shake mason jar vigorously for 30 seconds. Let rest.

For the next 10 minutes, agitate the jar regularly. Turn upside down, turn right side up, shake, even have a dance party. 

After 10 minutes or so, the chia seeds should be fully hydrated and the pudding should have a thick consistency.

Eat some right away and store the rest in the refrigerator for breakfast. This pudding tastes amazing with any type of fruit sauce!
