Edamame Harvest Salad with Tahini Maple Vinaigrette

Dressing Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Artisana Organic Raw Tahini Butter

• 1-2 fresh squeezed limes

• ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (hint use the cap of the bottle)

• Dash of salt

• 1-2 Tbsp water depending on desired viscosity

Salad Ingredients

• 2 cups shelled edamame

• 2 medium-large ripe avocados, cubed

• 1 bartlett pear

• 1 pink lady apple

• 3 green onions, finely chopped

• 7-10 leaved of basil, finely chopped

• ¼ cup chopped walnuts
