Coconut Pomegranate Pecan Cookies | Vegan, Gluten-Free

1 1/2 cup of almond flour

1 tsp of cinnamon

1/3 cup of granulated monk fruit

1/2 cup of Artisana Organics Pecan Butter with Cashews

3/4 cup of mashed bananas
Toppings

1/4 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350F.
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.
Make 11 medium sized cookies and place on a baking tray.
Add the toppings and bake for 18 minutes.
Let it cool down, and enjoy!
