Cashini Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats

Move over peanut butter! These chocolate rice crispy treats using our Cashini butter require no baking or marshmallows, creating a peanut butter feel that is totally peanut free. Gluten-free, Vegan friendly, dairy-free.
3 cups puffed rice
1/4 Artisana Organics coconut oil
1/2 Artisana Organics Cashini butter
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1 Tbsp, heaping scoop Artisana Organics Cashew Cacao
1 Tbsp Artisana Organics Coconut Oil
Heat up in a stove top pot the coconut oil, Cashini, sweetener and vanilla extract on a low-medium flame until thoroughly mixed.
Add in the rice puffs and make sure it is well combined.
Pour into a 9x9 pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer.
Make the chocolate coating in a double broiler stove top method. This will take about 5-7 min to mix the chocolate ingredients into a smooth consistency.
Take the pan out of the freezer and pour the chocolate over the rice crisps. Add in some Cashini on top and swirl with a toothpick. Place back in the freezer for 1 hour. Cut up and serve!
