BBQ Elotes | Vegan, Dairy-Free

This classic Latin American dish features our coconut oil and coconut butter for a divine dairy-free duo.
Lather corn with coconut oil and set on the bbq grill. Grill until tender and slightly charred.
Put coconut butter in a pot of hot water to soften and melt it a little.
Slather the coconut butter and garnish with tajin, cilantro and red onion and lime. Enjoy!
